Pricing FAQ
Is the annual plan a subscription?
An annual plan covers 12 months from purchase. Renewal terms are shown at checkout, and you can cancel any time while keeping access until the paid period ends. The 90-day pass is a one-time purchase that never renews.
How is the licence delivered?
After checkout you receive a licence key by email. Paste it into the PineTune popup, then License, then Activate. Keys are bound to your TradingView username.
What happens when the trial or a plan ends?
PineTune drops back to the Free plan. Your settings and saved results stay on your machine.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Do you offer a monthly plan?
Not yet. The 90-day pass covers “try it for a quarter” without a recurring charge. Monthly billing is planned.
Who processes payments?
Orders are handled by our payment partner acting as Merchant of Record, which also handles sales tax / VAT and issues your invoice.
