Terms of Service

These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of software and services provided by Ticklogits Labs (“we”, “us”), including the PineTune browser extension and ticklogits.com. By installing or using our products you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

PineTune is backtesting research software that automates interactions with the TradingView web interface in your own browser. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your use of third-party services, including complying with TradingView’s terms of use. TradingView states that its features are intended for manual use; automation may lead to restrictions on your TradingView account. You use PineTune at your own risk in this regard.
• You will only edit Pine scripts you have the right to modify, and will not use PineTune to circumvent protections of read-only or invite-only scripts.
• You will keep the Ultra local bridge bound to your own machine and will not expose it to other networks.

3. No investment advice

PineTune produces hypothetical backtest results. Nothing we provide is investment, financial, or trading advice. Past performance, simulated or otherwise, is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions.

4. Licences

• A paid plan grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the corresponding features for the purchased period, on the number of devices stated for that plan.
• Licence keys are bound to the TradingView username provided at purchase. Do not share, resell or publish keys; we may revoke keys that are abused.
• When a plan or trial ends, PineTune reverts to the Free plan.

5. Payments and refunds

Orders are processed by our payment partner acting as Merchant of Record, whose terms also apply to the transaction. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change for future purchases; changes never affect a period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the extension except as permitted by law; remove licence checks; or use our products to build a competing product.

7. Availability and changes

TradingView may change its interface at any time, which can temporarily break features. We will make reasonable efforts to keep PineTune working but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, add or remove features.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, trading losses, lost profits, or account restrictions imposed by third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or terminate licences that breach these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
